OUR PEOPLE!
It is now twelve years ago since the military putsch of the oligarchy, which did not bear the democratic rights and liberties any longer. In these twelve years three general (= parliament) and two local elections were executed. Also the last elections, to 20. Octobers 1991 took place, are past already almost one year. But in our country nothing changed. The oligarchy wanted and wants, how for her the usual is, which does not permit problems of our people to admit and already not at all any efforts to solve her. The problems of our people were deleted, justified with the incidents Y "with the new RON celebration or "attacks of terror", by the agenda.
Like each year, if the 12. September moves closer, also in this year in Turkey humans with terror and threats with a new Militaerputsch was threatened, so that they keep further quiet. Until exactly one year ago in the selection arena about the Koruption of the ANAP government one talked, and it was promised the waehlerinnen and voters to pull it to the account; the mainguilty, Turgut oezal, should be fallen as president. Today we can pursue daily in the press, as the process of the democratization is obstructed.
The mass murders, torture, suppression and unfairness and the Koruption, all following Militaerput of 12. Septembers, were put to the page, the whole public attention to the Kurd question and the "terrorism" was directed.
In a country, where also the smallest democratic rights and liberties cannot be assumed, those become, to the corruption of the system refer, directly avowedly as "terrorists". In such a country nobody has the right to up-pass on itself as democracy Apostel.
During the modification of some sections of the penal code, which applies for 50 years, many difficulties were caused, and before this background it is clear that humans the state have opposite no security. The state, which fixed the oligarchy keeps in the hand, moves according to the desires that realms, which can hold themselves again only with the assistance and co-operation with the American imperialists on the legs.
The armed actions of the Kurdish national movement, which are based on another interpretation of the general problems, of the oligarchy is used, around the most natural right of humans, that on a "free and lucky life", too forgotten after the slogan: "the fundamental right of humans is the right to lives", in order to say humans thereby: "it prays and is glad that still can live their head, before their liberty and bread require".
In a country, where all possibilities can be assumed first and exclusively by the imperialists uend the realms, because there is their privileges, where it is a miracle that humans from uncertainty and fear feel forced itself to be quiet is such Fal not again and the latter will also not be. Already in the assertion No. 1 the THKP-C from 1971 the regulations of the revolutionary armed fight had been in such a way determined:

The only one, which it is to do, to have the state as a possibility in the hand so that they can to enrich themselves further and punish and destroy humans, who call after justice and which say truth.

The laws, which made it even, are violated, their own relatives transmit private TV programs. These people, which might not go out of shame actually times on the road, are shown today as the richest ones and presented as the most important country.
All past examples are proofs, how faulted and this system is spoiled, and they know that they can keep this system upright with force and suppression only. Exactly the same they know in addition, that a system, which is based upon force can be fallen only by revolutionary force. Therefore they try with all means, which are to them to the VerfUegung, to stop our armed revolutionary movement and they want to make the revolutionary movement before the eyes of our people bad.

To be armed possibility, which remained for us, is us and us all weapons, which it possess, of fetching back. Those, which implement their exploitation and suppression with the force of their weapons, can be eliminated only by armed force. No way leads past.
Independence, democracy and economic development can be achieved only by the fact that one abolishes first the parasites, which will be possible again only by the strength of of the armed people, who places itself against it.
The THKP-C/HDÖ, which against imperialism and oligarchy fights after its own strategic line, in order the parasites, which of the blood of the own people nourish themselves, to expose and on it attentively make, has the so-called "September Operation", which are below specified, executed.
